Outside My Studio Photography is not your conventional portrait studio because I don't use a portrait studio for my photography sessions. Instead, I utilize the natural beauty found outdoors in the Pacific Northwest as the backdrop for my work. Based in Portland, Oregon, I shoot exclusively on location and am willing to travel anywhere around this region to meet your family's photography needs.
My approach is to seek an environment where your child is completely comfortable - whether on a hike, at a local park, or in your own home - and photograph their authentic behaviors and reactions to the elements surrounding them. I believe that by placing a child in a familiar environment it is more likely that we will be able to capture that child's true, natural expressions and personality.
